The Local Anesthesia Trainer (S‑LAM‑01) is an educational simulator designed to replicate the injection feel, tissue expansion, and fluid dispersion of local anesthesia in a realistic setting. The internal structure consists entirely of silicone: an epidermis/dermis layer sits over a yellow, fat‑like silicone mass representing subcutaneous tissue. The injected fluid naturally disperses through the inter‑layer space under injection pressure, closely mimicking the spread of a local anesthetic in real tissue.
Upon injection, the skin surface rises slightly as the fluid enters. The injected fluid then drains automatically through four drainage holes without any additional pressure, allowing the trainer to self‑dry and be ready for reuse. All components are made entirely of high-durability silicone.
The large form factor (230mm×150mm×60mm) accommodates a wide range of injection angles and positions, and the washable construction supports long‑term repeated use. This trainer is well suited for clinical skills education, dental and surgical anesthesia training, and simulation workshops.
